    Conditions displays the following details for the selected patient:
    • Current medication
    • Dose
    • Status
    • Date prescribed
  3. Click to expand specific conditions and display the following details:
    • Type
    • Last issued
    • Source of data
    • Dosage
    • Quantity
    • Start date
    • Status
    • Practitioner
Filter
