Project population

ll patients registered at GP practices within the North East London ICB area of care who are active patients at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Project cohort

All active patients at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust who do not have a registered ethnicity, language, or mobile number in the hospital system.

Project criteria

For active patients where the ethnicity and/or language and/or mobile number is not recorded in the hospital system, the following is provided:

NHS Number
DOB
Surname
Ethnicity (content will be null if not available)
Ethnic category (content will be null if not available)
Language (content will be null if not available)
Mobile (content will be null if not available)
Date of death (content will be null if not available)

Data state

Patient identifiable.
