Project Summary

East London Foundation Trust (ELFT) provides a wide range of community and inpatient services to children, young people, adults of working age, older adults and forensic services to the City of London, Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Bedfordshire and Luton. They also provide psychological therapy services to the London Borough of Richmond, Children and Young People's Speech and Language Therapy in Barnet and specialist addiction services in Redbridge.

The SMI query reconciles ELFT secondary care mental health data with primary care SMI datasets to make sure that:


Project population

Patients registered with City & Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets CCGs


Project cohort

All patients with an ICD-10 diagnosis of: F10.5, F11.5, F12.5, F13.5, F14.5, F15.5, F16.5, F19.5, F20-29, F30.2, F31.2, F31.5, F32.3 and F33.3.
