View Patient demographics
- Access Integrated Patient Care Record Viewer.
- If required, in the CRV navigation side menu, click Patient demographics. The following demographic details are displayed:
- Name
- Patient ID
- Date of death
- Registered organisation
- Gender
- NHS number
- Mobile
