Record Viewer/Conditions

Conditions displays the selected patient's clinical condition, problem, diagnosis, or other event, situation, issue, or clinical concept, that has risen to a level of concern.

1. Access Integrated Patient Care Record Viewer.
2. If required, in the Care Record Viewer navigation side menu, click Conditions .
