Data Sharing Manager/Subscriber dashboard

Locality leads use the Subscriber dashboard in Data Sharing Manager to view the organisations that share data with Remote Subscriber Databases, along with the current status for data processing into and out of the Discovery Data Service.

You can only view Subscriber dashboard if you have the correct user and project permissions.

Use this section to help you to:

View Subscriber dashboard

  1. Access Data Sharing Manager.
  2. If required, in the Navigation side menu, click Subscriber dashboard. The following statistics for the remote subscriber database projects are displayed:
    • Subscriber - the subscriber project name
    • Publishers - the total number of publishing organisations
    • Receipt status - the last extract cut-off date for data received from the publisher (displayed as less than 1 day ago, less than 2 days ago, or more than 2 days ago).
    • Inbound error - the total number of organisations with an error processing the data into the DDS
    • Inbound status - the last extract cut-off date for data received from the publisher and transformed into the DDS (displayed as less than 1 day ago, less than 2 days ago, or more than 2 days ago).
    • Outbound status - the last extract cut-off date for data received from the publisher and transformed to the remote subscriber database (displayed as less than 1 day ago, less than 2 days ago, or more than 2 days ago).
    • Outbound write - the last extract cut-off date for data received from the publisher and written to the remote subscriber database (displayed as less than 1 day ago, less than 2 days ago, or more than 2 days ago).
    • Outbound error - the total number of organisations with an error writing the data into the remote subscriber database

View Subscriber detail

  1. View Subscriber dashboard.
  2. Select the relevant subscriber project.
    The following statistics for the remote subscriber database projects are displayed:
    • Publisher
    • ODS code
    • System - publisher system
    • Last received - the days/hours since last extract cut-off date for data received from supplier
    • Last data in - the days/hours since last extract cut-off date for data from supplier transformed into the DDS
    • Last data out - the days/hours since last last extract cut-off date for data from supplier transformed to remote subscriber database
    • Last data written - the days/hours since last extract cut-off date for data from supplier written to remote subscriber database
    Click Show Dates to display the date and time of the selected statistics instead of the time since the last data update (displayed in weeks/days/hours).
  3. To download the selected report as a .csv file, click .
  4. If required, select an individual publisher to view the following details:
    • Name and ODS code of the publishing organisation
    • Supplier and CDB number
    • Bulk received date (yyyy-mm-dd)
    • System supplier and transfer type
    • Event types
      • Extract received
      • Inbound transform completed
      • Outbound transform completed
      • Outbound writing completed
    • Last timestamps (date/time)
    • Last extract cut off (date/time)
